Villani and Perry consolidated the innings and looked set to make the chase a comfortable one before a brilliant gather and direct hit from Webb saw Villani on her way for 61. Some tight bowling from McGrath and Schutt saw the game go right down to the last over with Victoria requiring 5 with two wickets in hand. Strano pulled off a brilliant reverse sweep for four to get scores level before another reverse sweep brought up the winning runs. Victoria now go to top of the table, while South Australia stay in third.
